2. Timeframe
- Local orders: Request within 10 days of delivery
- International orders: Request within 20 days of delivery
Requests after this period may not be accepted.
3. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Exchange Process
We offer a simple exchange option:
- Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference will be charged)
- If the new item is of lower value, the balance will not be refunded
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

If you prefer a return instead of an exchange, we will process it according to our policy and issue store credit or refund based on eligibility.
6. Shipping for Returns
